Due to policies within our business, when printing certain documents we must ask that you read and agree to the following information: In asking us to carry out the work you have requested, you warrant to us that you own or control all copyright and other rights in the materials you provide to us, or have obtained all necessary third party clearances, and that you have the right and authority to supply the materials for use in this work. You will indemnify us against all liability or expenses arising from the conduct by us, of the work. The risk in materials provided to us for the work rest with you at all times. To the extent permitted, we shall not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from the work we carry out, nor shall we be responsible for any indirect or consequential loss. In the event of a problem with the work, our total liability shall be limited to the cost of the services.
